All pub listings come from OpenStreetMap, the community-maintained map of the world, via the Overpass API. Attributes like real ale, food, beer garden, dog-friendly and opening hours are whatever OSM contributors have tagged on each pub.

How fresh is the data?

OSM is edited continuously by volunteers. Most pubs stay the same for years, but if a pub has recently closed, moved or changed its garden, the information may lag reality. If you notice anything wrong, the best fix is to correct it in OpenStreetMap directly.

Yes — anywhere in the UK with a valid postcode is covered. Coverage density varies with how well the local area is mapped in OpenStreetMap.
